THE BLURT FOUNDATION – a social enterprise dedicated to people affected by depression. Some  helpful resources and help for living and coping with depression. www.blurtitout.org

​NO PANIC – a useful website offering advice, support and recovery programmes for those suffering with anxiety and panic attacks. www.nopanic.org.uk  0300 772 9844
SAMARITANS – a 24 hour helpline for anyone in distress. You can call 116 123 free from any phone. Or you can email jo@samaritans.org      
CAMPAIGN AGAINST LIVING MISERABLY (CALM) -a charity aimed at males of any age. They offer a free and confidential helpline and webchat for 7 hours a day, 7 days a week. They also offer a support after suicide partnership. You can find them at  www.thecalmzone.net or you can call the helpline on 0800 58 58 58
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR PEOPLE ABUSED IN CHILDHOOD- offers support for adults who experienced any kind of abuse in childhood. You can find them at  ww.napac.org.uk or their helpline on 0808 801 0331.
​BEAT EATING DISORDERS- useful website offering help and support for those with or supporting someone with an eating disorder. You can find them at www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk or on their helpline 365 days a year 0808 801 0677.
